Penny Jolly Yoga

Adult Learning Centre, John Kyrle High School, Ledbury Rd, Ross-on-Wye HR9 7ET, UK – 01989 720616

Penny's classes are relaxing and so enjoyable, yet at the same time she manages to create an environment where anybody can improve strength, flexibility, posture and well being. When I joined I was resigned to a stiff neck and poor balance, but her classes gave me the belief that I could change this, and I am getting there! Penny encourages and supports step by step, giving you confidence to try movements and steadily improve. She always manages to take care of each person as an individual.

I had tried Yoga many years ago and did not take to it. Now , many decades later, I 'get it ', the most likely reason being that Penny's ability to include everyone however stiff or supple, youthful or old, inexperienced or experienced , makes this class accessible Yoga. I always feel better after a session and her relaxing and gentle voice relaxes the mind as well as the body. I always sleep better at night after Yoga and I am definitely fitter. Everyone should try this.
